The IAESTE Programme provides the opportunity for UK companies to utilise the skills of undergraduates and recent graduates from over 80 countries world-wide.

Open to science, engineering and applied arts students, the programme carefully screens and selects foreign trainees for placements.

UK employers have used IAESTE as a stepping stone to the recruitment of high calibre staff from other countries, particularly in sectors where there is a skills shortage.
