THE BENEFITS OF WORKING WITH IAESTE
IAESTE provides access to skilled students and recent graduates in over 80 countries worldwide
Our hands-on service includes provision of work permits, visa assistance and help with accommodation.
IAESTE services are free of charge; the only cost to the employer is their trainee’s salary, which must be at least equivalent to the minimum wage.
During the summer months a cultural and social programme is arranged for IAESTE students based throughout the UK.
For every student from overseas placed with a UK employer IAESTE UK is able to send a UK based student abroad through our exchange programme.
HOW IAESTE WORKS
The programme is employer-led in that placements are set up according to company requirements laid out on a detailed Company Offer of Training Form.
Offers of training should ideally be made in time for the annual IAESTE Conference in mid-January for placements to start in the summer months.
Stringent selection procedures both in the UK and the student’s sending country ensure employers receive a high-calibre trainee; the UK is a prized destination so we tend to receive the best.
