Welcome to the Glasgow IAESTE Local Committee
Welcome to the IAESTE Glasgow Local Committee website. Our local committee aims to promote the IAESTE programme to students within the Glasgow universities, and to welcome incoming international students to the city. In addition, the members of the local committee are involved in organising a summer social programme, as well as informing employers of the benefits of an IAESTE trainee working within their organisation. As a result of the important work of the local committee, Glasgow is one of the best cities of the United Kingdom to undertake an IAESTE placement, and for students in our universities an excellent way to meet new people and gain the opportunity to work and travel abroad.
